Absolutely awesome night good food good atmosphere & a great server (Deya) took our order spot on all correct food was cooked to perfection & Deya helped with us when ever we asked for something she was so thanks to her we will come back again 🥹🥹

Steak had to go back, came back and still was not cooked to how I wanted but ate it because by this point I was fed up of waiting and was starving. My husbands T bone was also over cooked, was supposed to be rare however it was brown inside not red.
The worst miller and Carter I’ve visited by far, much superior service and quality food in Bath or Bristol.
We wondered why this restaurant had availability and the others didn’t. Now we know!

I recently dined at Miller & Carter and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Kathryn. From the moment we arrived, Kathryn ensured our experience was delightful. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered insightful recommendations that enhanced our meal. Her warm demeanor and professionalism contributed significantly to a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend visiting Miller & Carter and requesting Kathryn for outstanding service.

Bad experience from start to finish. People were crammed in one part of the restaurant and it was very loud.
Steak was awful, thin and not cooked as requested.
Terrible experience, would not go back!

Aga greeted us at our table with a welcoming smile and a warm demeanour. She ensured my dietary requirements were cared for and took extra measures to make sure I could enjoy everything despite my allergies! She gave us an excellent recommendation on the wine pairing with our steak, and ensured we were topped up on drinks. The service was fast and the food was delicious. Thank you Aga and everyone else who served us, they deserve to be congratulated !

First time at this steakhouse that is owned by the pub chain that also owns toby carvery. Food was good but overpriced in my opinion. This place isn't as special as they think they are. I was very suprised to find they charge an extra £1 for thick (steak) cut chips to go with the steak if you dont want skinny fries when they are already charging as much as they do for the steak dinner. Nice but not £100 nice for 2 people. (2x8oz steaks, 2 puddings and 2 soft drinks)

Bikash was a great server who went above and beyond for us with amazing service. He is an asset to the restaurant!

We had a lovely time as always but our server was outstanding and really went the extra mile to keep our toddler happy and us relaxed Duncan I believe his service was impeccable and nothing short of 5 start service we really felt he deserved the recognition its so easy to say when something isn't great but when someone really stands out from the rest I feel he really does deserve a shout out thank you again Duncan your more appreciated than you know

I cannot comment on the food or atmosphere, as my experience was overshadowed by an issue with my reservation. I mistakenly booked a table in Swindon instead of Birmingham and canceled the reservation the day before, resulting in a £20 charge. Unfortunately, I did not receive a refund for this deposit, leading to a loss on my part. Given this experience, I will not be returning or booking with Miller & Carter in the future.

Fantastic desert to try TRIPLE CHOCOLATE & SALTED CARAMEL COOKIE PIE warm triple chocolate chip cookie base with a melting salted caramel centre, topped with double chocolate and vanilla ice cream, torched mallow fluff and drizzled with milk chocolate sauce. It is 💯 great and worth the visit 👍

Funny enough the dish with the best value for money on lunch menu is never available?!. We tried to order Port Tomahawk several times but all you can get is a awkward and embarrassed waiter trying to explain how they ran out of it, but never offer you anything extra to make up for your disappointment.
